little big men decals...

hello, i have some roman figures from Hat and wanted to enhance them with some decals from little big men studios.

anybody here ever worked on those decals before and would like to share some work experience? i mean, are they good? thanks in advance.

Hi exequial,

I use the LBMS transfers (and for that matter, VVV ones) quite a lot on 28mm metal figures; the results are very good but they need to be applied with considerable care and a fair amount of manual dexterity. For best results, I'd strongly recommend applying them over a white painted surface that has been gloss varnished.

I used LBM on most of my EIRs, but left the majority of the shields on my Caesarians bare, as there is less evidence for Caesarian designs.

Do LBM make decals the right size for HaT figures?

IIRC he makes them to fit certain ranges figures so if you haven't done so I'd check there is a suitable sized range (apologies if you've already done this).

thanks for the input simon. and nik, yes i did checked it out. i was in the Hat site when i noticed their link with LBM studios. Smile

edit: my bad. its transfers, not decals. :lol:
