Caltrans.. Perhaps three valli painted bright orange and tied together at the top to form a cone of sorts?
Purging old stuff. very old stuff, some of which should nave been deleted but wasn't, some of which popped up when the internet service updated its softare and hardware... we even lost some things, had pics supplanted by other pics. wierdness...
