1. I Believe that a "show" would have be prepared depending the people or groups that are going to take part.
2. Legio I Germanica, with collaboration of Batavi, Minervii, Foederati, Herculiani, Musica Romana, etc, we are preparing a show by night, with audio-visual, projection of images and live music. The languages are Catalan, Spanish, English , French and German. When we have it prepared, already we will pass a small intro.
I believe Robert, that you can give some ideas.

Absolutely. And that's why I want groups to practise at least a few things, because we never can practise together.. But maybe you can do that at Taragona? Catalan and French groups?

The show we are making is for Tarraco Viva.
Is a night show because at night the audiovisual is more visible and spectacular.
Since the discurs is an speak "in off", recorded, we make in that languages without trouble.

Robert, if coming by plane, will the Archeon org. provide for a from/to the nearest airport free shuttle? For example we (the Primani) could be 4-6 men with equipment (spears too).
Moreover can the org. take care of the flight tickets?

I'll talk it over with them. I have some doubts about the plane tickets though...

Last year I have prepared my offer connected with iron smelting with Cezary as a factor , but it is possible, that we could show preparing terra sigillata in molds and even fire it next year apart from ancient metallurgy

Robert,

I don`t know problems occurred this year at all, because Cezary told me only, that Archeon had no money (cost of transportation by car, charcoal and accommodation) and place for our presentation. We wanted to present smelting iron in slag pit furnaces had used in Roman Period in "Barbaricum". I had not been in touch with anybody from organizers personally.
But I think that it is an opportunity to think about our participation in your Late Roman project next year. Below I present some pictures from our presentation in 2004 in Starachowice - destruction of the furnace after ending of the process. You can read

By the way, I would like to invite RAT-ers to visit Iron Roots in Starachowice on May 2007.

To all participants of LRE III at Archeon 2007.
I have updated the old old Yahoo forum at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/fectiosforum/ and invited those participants who were not yet a member of the forum.
I have uploaded 5 new files that concern the Late Roman commands as based on the Strategikon and other sources, which i would like you to take a look at.
Tomorrow I have a meeting with the events amanager at Archeon. Those of you who have budget information that they did not send but have ready can still send it to me or Archeon. The next meeting won't be before mid-February 2007, so if you still want to make agreements early, there's still time. If not, next round in two months.
I'll send a short account of the meeting through the LRE forum.
