How do you get access to JSTOR! you must need academic credentials I guess?

Access to JSTOR is usually granted by a University. It may come with library privileges at a university library, but it would be up to the library's discretion if it were to give access to its paying members.

I hate to ask it here (pretty off-topic), but has somebody access to the following journals:
- American Neptune
- History of Technology
- Mariner's Mirror
- International Journal of Nautical Archaeology (pre-1996)
(Actually I am not sure whether the first three come as electronic ressources at all).
