It looks excellent. Will it be sold to other distributors (such as Amazon etc) or is it only possible to get hold of it from the publishers website?

I'm not sure Amazon will have it, but Karwansaray (ancient warfare magezine) does.

I can probably buy it as soon as I get reimbursed for the Virginia Junior Classical League expenses. Until then, I'm a little short on money. And yes, it is available through the Ancient Warfare magazine website. I agree that Roman Army Talk is horrible for my budget, especially my book-budget!

This does look an attractive book and one I will undoubtedly purchase.
Nice to see some familiar faces from the Gemina Project! Robert wrote: Have a look though the entire book here: issuu.com/vantilt/docs/romans_preview Is this giving too much away? Graham.

You can't tell from the pictures, but the book is a quite large format (over A4), too, showing great detail in the pictures. It was fun to recognize so many people I know in re-enactment.

Yes, plenty of familiar faces, looking forward to drawing moustaches on Robert, Jurjen etc....

If you like a book with good pictures of craftsman, buildings, etc, get the 'Carpe Diem' book by the APX.
