As the mosaic was found at the villa of Commodus and the general public will know him as the mean and nasty Emperor in Gladiator, the mention of the film would obviously come into the press report.
I suppose it is just as well the gladiator was not named Maximus...
and imagine the fuss, if the only letters they could read of his name were
