Legionary Burger of Legio XX: Authenticated by Matt Amt

This seems to be an authentic recreation of legionary rations. At
least, it would have been. We'll try these out Sunday and see what
everyone thinks. For you poor non-North Americans who don't have Krispy Kreme glazed, too bad.

Take a Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut, cut it in half like a bagel.
Grill it.
Grill burger as desired; add cheddar cheese to melt in last minute.
Turn grilled half doughnut so sugar side is facing the meat.
Add mayonaisse, lettuce tomato if desired.
Add bacon or Canadian bacon if desired.

Wash down with Mountain Dew (green stuff, not the red or black).
