I started with the Samurai then moved from there.
In Order of research
Samurai
Ninja
China ( terra-cota army )
Scythians
Bronze Age Greeks ( Iliad )
Romans
Etruscans
Saxons
Vikings
Anglo-Saxons
Native Americans (Skraelings)
Persian/Babylonian/Assyrian
Neo-Lithic Man
WW2
Neanderthal Man
I never stopped officially on any of these but that is the order when I hit each one hard in learning about( between 3 months and 1 year on each). I am currently hitting the Neanderthal topic pretty hard but RAT has a large part of my time too. Mostly the Greeks.
