What type of Montefortino Helmet is suitable for Late Republic/Gallic Wars period?

I'm far from an expert, and there might be more recent studies available, but JM Paddock's 1993 thesis The Bronze Italian Helmet is pretty exhaustive and free to download; Vol 2 has a full listing and description of all the known (at that time) Montefortino and Coolus examples.
