(Wanted) Insignia

I am looking for a recreation of the insignia of which I have provided a picture. A certain Nodge Nolan has produced a few some years ago, but unfortunately he passed.
If it is not possible to find a recreation in brass, does anyone know of a model in wax or resin?

Looking very good, is it possible to buy a non-polished cast?
