Source for Beech wood needed.

I finally found some rough cut American beech lumber.(the suggested laminates just didn't seem authentic) I was going to drive about 180 miles round trip and then found the same seller on Ebay with reasonable shipping rates. The seller is Mr Lumber on Ebay or on Craigslist. They are located in Woodsfield,Ohio and stock a wide selection of hard woods. I'll run the boards thru a table saw to get the thin strips I need and then start gluing the shield together. Thanks for all the input.
