I'm somewhat interested in this army
I have found some topics on the Herodian/ Idumean/ Angus McBride Horse-Archer on this forum..
I read parts of Shatzman's book on the armies of the Hasmoneans and Herod (before google books pulled it offline
)
I *guess* there's information in Josephus..
Any more tips? Or links?
