Several years ago I experienced a back problem that got me to a Physical Therapist

The Doc's orders were to teach me how to strengthen my back.. the PT examined my musculature and with a grid light cast on my back saw that I was/am very uneven

My right or sword arm is longer
My left shoulder is bulkier (lats, traps and delts)
My left bicep was bigger
.. all from using a shield weighing 18-20lbs
My right forearm was bigger than my right bicep
And I my back had an S curve.. left to right...

The muscle beds across my lower back were also twice as deep as they should have been

I'd been fighting sword and shield for about 20 years at that time

My leg and arm bones are denser and larger than they should be.

I was told that its unsual to see such physical attributes since in our modern era most men no longer engage in hard physical work or sport.

I'm 53 and with sword and shield can still beat the snot out of men half my age... THAT is awesome, a rush that can't be beat! ..old age and treachery Baby!!

Sounds like you have taken very good care of yourself for decades, especially muscles, for your bones to get more dense/stronger, etc., to be able to still kick *** :!:

Yes, physical attributes that physical anthropologists and other specialists often find in the remains of peoples from earlier, more physically laborious times.
