Dan, I'm guessing that the Chinese figure manufacturers are like an independant company/business that is contracted by companies like McFarlane's to produce and paint their figures, is this correct? Your post implies that anyone could approach such a business in China and ask them to paint their figures for a price.<br>

Would such businesses only accept bulk custom, and not small quantities of figures, for painting (that is they'd have a minimum amount)?<br>
