In fact, the only way I can tell most Canadians from Americans is the "ou" sound you all make -- the only place Americans make that sound is in Virginia, and as Canadians don't pronounce anything else like Virginians, it's a giveaway.<br>

Just have a suspected Canadian say "out and about." If it sounds like "oot and aboot," you've found one!<br>
