I.e., one speaks a Celtic language or one finds goods that represent a 'Celtic' style, right? So, you can't really speak of being of Celtic descent in regard to ancient peoples, can you? I mean, for a modern person from wales or Brittany I think you could say it that way, but not of an Illyrian.
On the basis of the artistic evidence that you present, I'd say that both imagis indeed show evidence of a common origin.
However, who and what Illyrians really were has been the topic of such heated debates (reminiscant of modern debates of macedonian 'identity') that I won't even dare go any further than that!
