The Massagetae were a steppe people from Transoxania, now the Central Asian region, mostly covered by Kazachstan. The Massagetae used heavy cavalry and were famous for it.
The Goths, on the other hand, have their origins in the Baltic region, from which they slowly migrated to the south. There is nothing that can link both peoples.
