As somewhat of a side note, Was the scorpion employed by the Roman Army "man portable"? I believe I read in A. Goldsworthy's "Roman Warfare", that each cohort oppertated a catapult, and each century a small bolt thrower like a scorpion.<br>
Reason I bring this up, is because a scorpion would be a GREAT display piece, if it could be disassembled and brought to events. Are there any plans out there for scorpions? Shoud I give Kurt of Legio XX Balistaria a try? <p>"Only Trajan could go to Dacia."<BR>
