No Problem. As a publicly funded Quango I can't see why all their papers aren't automatically put on line. The reports are very useful to a few with specialist interests and of limited commerical value as paper copies so free to access electronic publishing seems an obvious way forward. The dispersal of knowledege may increase interest and visitor numbers as well as inform and educate which is part of EH's remit. Who knows, mass access to such material may result in new insights into the material and sites. I think we are now rushing beyond the "closed shop" academic model which prevailed in the age of paper distribution and RAT seems to be on point for that;

I also find the downloads here very useful;
