HI Sajid
The word antique probably comes from the word "antiquity" which means "really old". Antiques can in some places be as young as 50 years ago.
Great Antiquity means :"really, really old"
The Period of History that the Greeks and Roman Civilization were at their peaks are commonly known as the "Classical Period" or Ancient History ( and this second term also encompasses everything that happened before the Romans and Greeks).
The Medieval Period is divided into "Early Medieval" (AKA Dark Ages/ Great Migrations/Migration Period) ,Medieval, High Medieval, and evolves into "Renaissance"
As Pavel said above the dividing line between Roman Civilisation is conventionallyy at 476 ACE
I hope this helps?
Regards
Richard
