Anyone know where one could find a copy of Nicolas Oikonomidès' 404 page book from 1972/73, Les Listes de préséance byzantines des 9e et 10e siècles - 9782222014829 aka Taktikon Oikonomides? Since seeing it in the sources section of Sarah Speight and Michael Perry's article Emperor and Army in Byzantium c.900-1081, in Wargames Illustrated 34(July 1990), I've been looking for this title, with no success - nothing on Scribd, nor offerings on Abebooks and etc.. 
The store is linked from the publisher, Centre de la Recherche Scientifique, but it's out of stock and don't think it'll be reprinted soon.
