Here are a couple of early Ermine Street Guard Auxilia pictures.
I am not sure who the Handsome devil in the first picture is but it is circa 1985. The second picture shows the Guard Auxilia in about 1996. The woman in the centre is Lindsey Davis, of Falco book fame.
The then new first leather Guard tent can be seen in the background.
