No. Seems my explanation was not clear enough.

First centurie of the 5th cohort has a signum with 'COH V' on the plate and 1 disc.
Sixt centurie of the 9th cohort has a signum with 'COH IX' (or 'COH VIIII') on the plate and 6 discs.

So, the maximum of discs would be six.
