I've found late Roman armours easier to find in vendor's catalogues. Such as Armentaria: http://www.armamentaria.com/store/index ... 2870bea195
The 3rd and 4th century mails were longer at the thigh and often longer at the arm, resembling the hauberks of later centuries, which should make it easier to source...
