As for DiocletianUS !! this is a very very annoying and irritating problem of the English scientific world and the language, in the Netherlands we do not change names of Classical authors or the ancients. Vergilius does not change into Virgil, Domitianus stays Domitianus and so forth... Homerus or Homeros as it should be and not Homer!! it stays the same here. Athene, Athena, Athinai, Athine ... and not ATHENS !!!

Please people who speak English, start using proper Latin and Greek names and proper pronunciation and stop changing them in Iupiter's name for crying out loud......... :evil: :evil: :evil:

And by the way, ALCIMvS is AL KEE MOOS (sounds like the oo in moose) !! not Mus or mas. the Latin u is an ooh sound. the V can be either W or proper V. the AE is Ai. sometimes it might be ei or the shorter ei.

MARCvS is MAR KOOS, et cetera et KETERA et cetera....
