I made similar miniatures for myself and displayed some photos in the modelling section. But these miniatures are from "Time Machine Miniatures". They made a series about the so called "Teutoburger Wald battle":

- "surrounded": www.ilmodellismo-fe.com/cataloghi/tmm/photos/photo_12.html

- "to the death": www.ilmodellismo-fe.com/cataloghi/tmm/photos/photo_13.html

- "Arminius the victor": www.ilmodellismo-fe.com/cataloghi/tmm/photos/photo_17.html

Another series has been made by "Pegaso models":

- "clades variana": www.pegasomodels.com/details_en.asp?code=54-823

- "singularis pugna": www.pegasomodels.com/details_en.asp?code=54-824

- "Marcus Caelius centurio mortuus est": www.pegasomodels.com/details_en.asp?code=54-825

- "ambush": www.pegasomodels.com/details_en.asp?code=54-826

Both series are designed to be put togehter to large dioramas and the single soldiers belong to the measure of 54 mm (1:32).

If You want to start creating a diorama, You will have much fun and I wish You good luck.
