Roman campain in Texas?????????
#8
Right now, with the school for the son and all, along with other factors, I have a hard time getting away during the regular session. For some weird reason, the school officials don't consider a Roman Reenactment Weekend to be "excused absences", so the kid gets zeroes for those days, and can't make up the work. Talk about no cooperation from the school system, man, what a bunch of grouches!

But 2010 is the last year of that. Are you planning to make this an annual event? Being only about 200 miles from here, and assuming things allow for us to go to Lafe earlier, we could probably make BOTH events. I think there's always room for another Roman event.

Is this near the place you were talking about building the watchtower?
