And I wasn't telling my own opinion on what's important, but that what Mark Driessen represents in his study of Roman Nijmegen. .

So who's Mark Driessen to tell us what's important and what isn't? :wink: The military has received an enormous amount of attention, with the Valkhof coming up second. This western part is even less researched.

I think the whole area should be declared a protected Historical site of worldwide importance, and all consruction (apart from reconstruction of the Roman sites) Banned for all time! :!:

Yes, well, Nijmegen has a bit of a reputation there. Just mention Waalkade, casino and Roman wall in one sentence. :x
