maybe Trajan, he realised the benefit of extending the empire and returned to the good ol attack ways of the past, more slaves, more booty etc.....conqueroring the mountains of Dacia would be no easy feat, if they had of retained the province after his death the empire would have probably lasted longer as well.. this was near the area where the Goths and Huns gathered in force etc later on...<br>
