Hey i've been wondering this for already a long time.
I've seen the Maximus helmet on a few pictures of gladiator reenactment sites and on some sites where you can buy armor they say this helmet was actually worn in the arena.
So now my question, was this helmet worn in the arena because I cannot find information on reliefs books etc about this helmet.
