Berkasovo is village near modern town Shid (border of Croatia and Serbia) on the slopes of Frushka Gora (Alma mons), some 30 km from Sirmium to the west.<br>
It was found by the peasent in the field, burried some 20 cm in the ground in 1955. After that some archeological excavations were undertaken, but without any informations about layers and cultural horizonts. It consists of two famous helmets with inscription in greek about the owner and craftsmen, remains of third helmet, horse harness, and Constantine's coins.<br>
