oh, didn't know this :o so thanks for the info Jurjen ... but anyway ... without having done serious fighting re-enactment ... I think that even blunt weapons are too dangerous when used roman style properly (i.e. thrusting techniques) ... I personally would prefer a wooden training sword (this being sometimes even painfull enough ;-) ) )
