Ah...I'll go back and take a look at both those episodes again. It could very well be a case of him having both an eagle pommeled gladius and parazonium. It wouldn't surpirse me in the least if the production designers were to have said "Hey we can get all these weapons to match! Lets do it!" I'll double check and see what I find :wink:
