The "three pointed" oil lamp? Real or fantasy?

I have several photos of ceramic multi-spout lamps from various museums. One of the better collections in is Cologne, although there are ceramic multi-spout lamps displayed in Naples, Rome, and Mainz as well, I probably have dozens more, but it will take time to process everything. I may have a couple of multi-spout metal lamps, in the photos as well, including one or two from the erotic gallery in Naples..... The lighting there was horrid, no flash allowed, so i don't know if they came out....
