Well I did say "the pugio belt with the apron usually is seen being worn first, the sword belt on second, with the sword belt over the pugio/apron belt." :wink:
I'm also quite sure someone, sometime, during the history of the Roman Empire wore two pugios, two swords, or attached everything to one belt.... it's just most examples show two belts with the pugio attached to the apron belt etc.
