Since you seem to have posted most of Andrea Salimbeti's site, it might be better just to post a link to his site, eh?

While there are quite a few depictions of Mycenaean armor and helmets, there are far fewer physical remains. Many modern reconstructions involve a lot of guesswork--some experts don't even agree on whether a helmet was bronze or leather! It makes things challenging for reenactors, that's for sure.

Three helmets I have made include a boar tusk helmet, a bronze one based on the Warrior Vase, and a reconstruction of the Tiryns helmet.

The last one belongs to Dan Z., and he assembled the parts and did all the little triangular holes.
