I had a lot of fun at the event. The people from Römercohorte Opladen were very hospitable. It was great to be able to march alongside dozens and dozens of other soldiers.
The pompa was hell indeed
It always started right after one of our drill displays so we had to do it without any rest in between. My feet, shoulders and scutum hand still hurt a bit but it was amazing.
I'll never forget the optio shouting: "And know I want to see nothing but happy faces!" when we were about to enter the arena. :lol:
I think I saw Jasper on Saturday but I was not very awake and didn't realize who he was until he had left. :roll: Very sorry Jasper!
Met some other nice RAT members though.
