Caballo, are you sure it's an article? The reference I've seen doesn't have any page numbers: preliminary research says that the Amsterdam Archaeological Studies series consists of monographs. The title seems to be a direct translation of Nicolay's 2005 book Gewapende Bataven :
gebruik en betekenis van wapen- en paardentuig uit niet-militaire contexten in de Rijndelta (50 voor tot 450 na Chr.)
, which was incredibly difficult to get hold of and impossible to buy (I tried very, very hard). Hope the English translation isn't equally problematic. I have a partial copy of the Dutch that I can browse for references to segmentata if you like, though.
