Caballo, are you sure it's an article? The reference I've seen doesn't have any page numbers: preliminary research says that the Amsterdam Archaeological Studies series consists of monographs. The title seems to be a direct translation of Nicolay's 2005 book Gewapende Bataven :

Hope the English translation isn't equally problematic. I have a partial copy of the Dutch that I can browse for references to segmentata if you like, though.
