An idea like that...

Ave!

I've got an idea today, tell me what you think of it:
Why don't we take a world map and use it to locate every roman reenacting groups? It would be nice to know in a clear way where every group is geographically located.
Links to their website and/or email adress could also be on that map. The map should be available on one or more websites...

But it's just an idea like that, tell me what you think!
That's a great idea, and shows that great minds (i.e. you and Rich) think alike! Rich started on two maps www.geocities.com/richsc53/RomanArmyTalk/eugroups.html and www.geocities.com/richsc53/RomanArmyTalk/legioUSA.html for RA.com a while ago.

Still, keep it up, we need more great ideas!
Greets
and free for linking too, although I still need to get better quality maps. I also need to update the links. Seems many have disappeared since summer, or their sites aren't responding. Mostly the Germans but a few UK.
Aulus
Thanks for adding our legion on your map!
By the way, how do you say «thanks» in latin?
"gratias tibi ago" for thanking one person
"gratias vobis ago" for thanking more than one.
