Greetings
#1
I'm saying hello, as suggested in your guidance.

I've been fascinated by Ancient History since doing a project on Greek gods and goddesses at primary school (which these days feels so long ago, I suspect the Legions were still stomping about at the time).

I came across this Community while mooching about on the Ancient History / Ancient Warfare magazine websites. I feel a bit of a cheat joining as I know little about the Roman Amy and I suspect I'd quickly be rejected by the Army recruiting officers (eyesight / creakiness of limbs / lack of a couple of critical assets). However, it looks interesting, and you've thrown in a bit of Greek military stuff too which I will certainly enjoy reading.

regards
Meg
