Yes, I think there are lots of new pics scattered across that site, from all over Europe... I just ran across it this morning. And there are so many just in the Budapest museum!

Hi Jasper,
in the moment the old RomanArmyCom link for me doesn't work. Is there any opportunity from Roman Army Talk v.2 to enter the tumbstone image database?

Yes. The imagebase core is now temporarily hosted on romanarmy.nl anyway.

The searchpage is still on .com. It's taken longer to move the whole site to the new provider than expected. Sorry.

I know. RA.com works for me again though and the searchpage there still works and connects with the primary page *where you can use the previous and next buttons to navigate*

After much gnashing of teeth and pulling out of hairs, the imagebase is now on a MSSQL server, instead of a creaky old Access database. The fun thing is that it can now be edited ONLINE! Interested members can contact me for access to the editing area.

More updates today, and a few have been 'unpublished'. Those that had been scanned from books without explicit permission have been taken down. Rest assured that when we do get photos, they will be back up ASAP. For now, it is time to catch up with the huge backlog.
Currently there are 187 published tombstones in the database. I have (I estimate) photos for another 20 or 30 ready, while the total (estimated) number of tombstones is around 750.

Two odd men out today: a vigile and a stator praetorii from Italy.
