I was at Marles this weekend and just one thing FANTASTIC to se two centuries in march together. We have the Opladen and the Ermin and the others groups complete the two formations and I have taken a big pleasure to march with them

Yes, definitly a very big experience... but I could not play with you for the last small fight, because I stay alone in the castra to stop a "Viking invasion" when the Ermin come back I think that they have understand what I have said them..."It will be dangerous for you... you don't know !" But what a great pleasure to charge with Chris Haines with the cuneum ! I hope that there are somebody who take some photographies. After I go to make peace with the invaders and drink a good beer together.

Emmanuel,
Good to meet you there -- it wasn't a 'Viking invasion' -- it was a confederation of Alemanni, Thuringians, Anglo-Saxons, Svear and Gaulois -- and it was good fun.
Thanks for showing me the manubalista -- I like your shield!
