My sweetie is intent on finding out exactly what I do on the weekends, so for the first time in our relationship it's up to me to dress her instead of the other way around!
There are some high-status women depicted in the Piazza Armerina mosaics, so that's helpful for a late Roman perspective. And if she wanted to go barbarian I think migration era attire is fairly straightforward across most western European cultures. But I was curious to see pics of women from your groups. What do your ladies wear?!

Greca doing her impression of Queen Elizabeth
Me finally getting rid of my daughter only to find her husband wanted a divorce after just 10 minutes - huh, I've had to put up with her for 16 years!
Mrs Peronis wearing her everyday shopping outfit. He really does make her wear that to go out in.

I do C1st Roman-Brit, I wear an ankle length tunic of linen, with either a Stola or a Peplos affair, Peplos being cooler as you can let down one side if you're doing any menial/heavy tasks.1 piece cabatina shoes (mine have layers inside, plus a snug woolen fleece insole-shh don't tell) a couple of pennanular/la tene type broches and your away. Depending how long your tunics are (and how tall your lady) she could get away with one of yours with a nice expensive woolen/linen peplos over the top to increase the glamour but keep the price down, There are some good articles around- the Vicus site has a bit on female civ clothing- due respect given to the authors, they guided us right!
kind thoughts

From what I can gather it would be a sleeved tunica with clavi, tied up under the bust for the later period.
That's what I gathered from the Armerina mosaics. I'm hoping somebody might post some pics of a corresponding impression.

Hi Franklin,
Some of our female members portray Late Roman male soldiers. From our kit guide:
