So where is your evidence of Greek linen armour during Homer's time?
Perhaps the posts on linen can be moved to another thread. This thread is about Greek leather armour, not linen armour. FWIW Homer never mentions leather armour at all in his text. There are some animal pelts being worn as status symbols and a couple of leather helmets but no armour.
