When the cops swooped in a bunch of serious reenactors should have lined up in a surrounding formation to intimidate them :lol: Then dragged them around for a few miles in chains humiliating them and given a fake public execution...and then..wait nvm. :oops:
Sounds like a nice idea though. I always hated those guys cause they wear historically inaccurate armor and ..etc.

This is indeed VERY good news. Although it is reasonable to ask why they have waited so long. The current mayor of Rome is clearly less interested in the beauty of the city than the former.

That video was sweet!
Both times that I've done the march in Rome, the Mickey Mouse Gladiators stayed back. First time they shouted a few insults from a safe running distance, second time they didn't even appear. We got our revenge by allowing MOPs to photograph themselves with us for free! What sort of problems do local re-enactors have with them?
