I'm trying to make up a Scutum press at the moment. I've seen the example on Matthew Amt's site and it looks excellent. Are there any other examples of presses around? Also, I'm building shields for simulated combat. If anyone out there has any hints as to how to make more durable Scuta I'd love to hear them.
