Helmet with laurel wreath from Aquileia-IT
#1
Hello everybody,
Looking the section of the website roma-victrix.com dedicated to the dona militaria I'd come across at this representation of roman helmet with laurel wreath from Aquileia (N-E of Italy), likely as part of funeral monument.

I would like to ask if anyone has more information about this monument, the chronology, and about the type of helmet represented ….

Thank you in advance for any information
Best

Seems a cavalry helmet, often depicted with such wreaths (laurel or oak).
