I would say just about everthing for they believed in the Genius of all things ( they considered that all things had a spirit )

There are many books on Roman religion, but if you want a good introduction get any book of classical mythology and begin there with the stories. Children's books are especially good. The gods and goddesses show up in almost everything.

Hello! It is not a textbook but i think that the Wikipedia page about the "Religion in ancient Rome" can be useful to get a general idea.
