So between 70 and 140 AD about - for example look here for a late 1st century AD example and here for a mid 2nd century AD shoe I'm working on at the moment. I have something on a first half of 2nd cent. AD find which I'll post later this weekend

That's where i'll be getting my leather from, they are only 30 minutes away from where I live, I don't know about ordering online though, it might be a bit hard to pick out the right stuff.
