After Action Report
The weekend was a great success as members from the Legio XXX, II Augusta + one barbarian trained for the upcoming reenactment season.
Despite the rain, we managed to complete a 5 km march in armour,
drill and do more drill and crown a pilum (Mike McMorlan- our Barbarian) and archery (Sean Hurst-II Augusta)champion. The encampment took place within a newly created 120' x 80' vallum. We plan to have our next event on the memorial weekend in 2008. Special thanks to Sean Hurst, Robert Norton and David Blain
